• Manage P2P/O2C daily operation

Treasury

• Cash application
• Credit control
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Supporting bank guarantee letter

R2R

• Balance sheet reconciliation
• KPI reports
• Coordinate statutory & tax reports supporting document preparation

Monthly Closing & Other

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Ensure processing, transactions are recorded in compliance with Accounting/Financial policy
• Prepare other ad-hoc reports per request

Communication

• Maintain high level of communication with internal and external customers

Education Required:

• University degree or above in Finance or Accounting

Training Required:

• ERP system training, like SAP, JDE, etc.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
• English writing and oral training

Job-Related Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting areas, preferably with multinational company and 3 years in managerial capacity
• CPA firm experience preferred
• Experience in SAP or like ERP systems
