Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and execution of the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions and the timely preparation of month-end financial statements in accordance with IFRS

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of reporting package and associated disclosures

• Oversee accounting activities across GL, AR, AP, cost, revenue and consolidation

• Enforcement and implementation of relevant internal accounting and reporting guidelines and compliance with external accounting regulations across global operations

• Perform oversight across global operations through financial analysis to identify problem and risk areas

• Share key findings with management and devise performance improvement plans

• Develop, maintain and enhance internal controls to assure protection of company assets and minimize operational risks

• Assist CFO with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Ideally has experience across multiple disciplines including GL, cost, consolidation, cost, AR, AP, revenue accounting

• Experience in electronics / electrical and industrial equipment sector a plus

• Some FP&A experience a plus

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)

• Has experience working with overseas subsidiaries / operations

• Proficient in SAP

• Experience in managing teams
