Job Description

• Own end-to-end planning and preparation of all the company SEC filings, coordinating the SEC review process with company management and leading special projects
• Prepare and coordinate all internal financial reporting, quarterly and annual reports, including the information gathering process and required SEC filings
• Maintaining an awareness of company products, services, and the related regulatory environment to effectively manage and comply with all regulatory reporting requirements and disclosures
• Be a trusted partner building strong cross-functional relationships to support Company initiatives
  

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5+ years of financial reporting or SEC filing experience
• Able to control the SEC report process well
• Good communication/writing skills in English
• With EDGAR, filing experience is a plus
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
