Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts includes performing daily accounting & finance duties such as receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Prepare Monthly Financial Reports for Management Reporting.
  • Ensure integrity of GL and timely closing of accounts.
  • Liaising with suppliers and external auditors, coordinating with the tax agent on tax compliance, and ensuring that all accounting activities comply with the accounting policies and Singapore Financial.
  • Filling statutory, business statistics, and other returns required by local tax and legal legislation. (GST, Corporate Tax, Audit, etc.)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3-4 years of Financial Analysis, Accounting;
  • Proficient in MS Office application, SAP experience a plus although;
  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures;
  • Able to work both independently and as a team;
  • Meticulous and with good organization and presentation skills;
  • Preferable if able to commence work immediately.
