由于业务增长需求，拓领环球目前招募一位总务专员，工作地点位于台湾林口区，以下为岗位职责要求：

• 根據現場需求及庫存狀態，搜集市場資訊提供報價給主管以供決策並執行訂購作業
• 進行驗收作業，確認貨品的品質和規格
• 定期進行請款作業，並整理相關表單（如：請款單、驗收單、訂購單）
• 建立、更新供應商資料（如：貨品價格、規格和到貨時間），以選擇最佳供應商
• 部門其他支援事項

※具良好友善的談判及溝通能力、細心、負責

※有基本出納觀念，略懂基本會計、有行政工作經驗者佳
