• IT solutions
• Develop relevant IT / digital solutions to meet business demand
• Define relevant communication plans to ensure the clarity of product delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure solution effectiveness
• Liaise with Regional IT team on the implementation and roll-out of IT initiatives
• Liaise with local vendors for project implementation and ensure their service quality
• Provide necessary training to users
• IT operations
• Supervise the daily support from Help Desk for users
• Provide technical support for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and telephone systems
• Ensure that all IT asset acquisitions are in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with business stakeholders and Global IT Hub
• People management
• Lead, coach and develop the IT Analyst
  

• 8+ years related experience in multi-national companies a must, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
• Solid system infrastructure, IT technology know-how/experience
• Proven digital savvy & experiences
• Sound knowledge in IT security and network architecture
• Proven track record of managing IT compliance related matters
• IT-related certification a plus
• Strong analytical, synthetic, communication. skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and result oriented
• Ability to work in different context and receptive changes
• Ability to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, synthetic, communication skills
• Valid Taiwan working permit is required
