DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to support Ampere’s Inventory processes. This role will manage day to day inventory operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring system transactions are performed real time to reflect accurate inventory movement. They will partner with Inventory Controls team to embed controls, drive continuous improvement, process automation, and inventory accuracy. They will be responsible for helping reconcile inventory on a month and quarter end basis. Physical inventory counts and observations and audit support will be required at locations in Asia.What The Team Wants You To KnowAmpere’s inventory team supports Ampere’s products and customer needs in a growing and challenging environment. We are a driven and growing team supporting chip and platform inventory and distribution with a startup attitude and are the frontline support for a company focused on changing the landscape in the datacenter.What You’ll Do

• Perform necessary transactions to support inventory movements where necessary
• Review and perform corrections on inventory transactions where identified
• Review, analyze and understand inventory
• Inventory process documentation
• Inventory process improvements and controls implementation
• Support the cycle count or any physical count process established
• Be able to identify and understand issues as they arise, correct them and perform root cause analysis to implement corrections as needed
• Support the Inventory Recons for all Asia locations
• Analyze and resolve instances of discrepant inventory
• Partner with supplier to understand all stages of inventory how it is reported and managed
• Support Logistics partners and Inventory Controls as necessary

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of inventory experience
• 1+ years of controls and analysis
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Highly skilled in data and analytics
• Proficient in NetSuite or ability to learn any systems quickly and efficiently
• Keen eye for detail
• Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin

Education

• Bachelor’s in supply chain, Finance, Operations Management, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience
