Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver circuit board test vehicle with rapid pace by integrating in-house fabrication process.
  • Deep dive fundamental to design experiments, and establish circuit fabrication process baseline.
  • Develop process expertise to expand performance window for test vehicle fabrication by working with process module across technology team.
  • Facilitate test vehicle scale-up and quality verification to enhance integrated fabrication technology.
  • Develop the test vehicle fabrication capability and roadmap which is benchmarking with leading circuit board fabrication in the industry.
  • Identify and consolidate circuit fabrication process technology trend through engaging with equipment vendors.
Qualifications
  • Master degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or related field.
  • 3-5 Years’ experience working with rapid pace consumer preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working with international team and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills.
  • Strong technical skills and solid knowledge of the Company and/or Electronics and Image.
  • Effectively communicates verbally and written communications to team members and management on all aspects of program activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
  • Ability to integrate into broader technology organizations outside of Electronics and Image and industrial or academic partners.
