What to Expect This role provides strategic approach, management and oversight for Tesla’s charging site development and installation efforts in Taiwan.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5years of new program and vendor management experience.

The ideal candidate will work tirelessly to find solutions, have impeccable interpersonal skills, and easily adapt to external factors and internal guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop private charging solution locally
• Analyze installation data and report regularly to higher management
• Charging installation partners and vendors management with regular performance review
• Improve the SOP of installation vendors and provide training internally/externally
• Liaison with HQ and regional team to implement new products and systems.
• Work on solutions to improve charging and assure execution
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices regarding market, vendors and solutions
• Monitor and interpret the local installation requirements/policies
• Host regular meetings and work with other departments for cross-functional improvements
• Communicate with customer-facing colleagues for customer needs and solutions
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on the business need

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of working experience, preferably in Project Management/ Vendor Management
• Quick learner and problem solver, stringent attitude, initiative and responsibility of quality, hard-working spirit
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Good communication and strong analytical skills
• Experience in EV and international companies is a plus
• Engineering knowledge will be a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Office with high Excel skill
• Strong English skills in both verbal and written
