We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The challengeAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of Adobe Document Cloud in your designated territory. This includes developing pipeline by proactive phone-based prospecting and demand generation, lead management, opportunity development and follow-up from events and marketing activities.What You’ll Do- Drive and close a pre-defined revenue targets per quarter
- Meet or exceed all other pre-defined and mutually agreed ‘S.M.A.R.T’ objectives per quarter
- Develop territory plan to deliver revenue targets for the year.
- Develop sales opportunities from both inbound leads and outbound sales play execution
- Identify customers’ business objectives and determine how Adobe Sign can support meeting them!
- Assist customers in understanding Adobe Sign, configuration, environment and how it fits within their current infrastructure and business processes.
- Progress sales opportunities through the sales stages.
- Work with Adobe Solution Consultants to deliver the appropriate technical solution to meet the customers’ needs
- Maintaining records of all new sales opportunities in Salesforce.com, to reach monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Utilise Salesforce.com for end to end Lead Management by building strong working relationships with the sales force and field marketing organisation
- Submit accurate and detailed pipeline/Salesforce.com reports weekly and within the specified time frames
- You will have key relationships with your peers, Adobe Digital Media Sales Account Executives, Adobe Solution Consulting, Adobe Customer Success Managers and Adobe Solution Partners.
- Build team brand and personal brand by achieving top internal and external customer service!
- Similar sales experience in software and/or SaaS solutions.
- Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.
- Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships, and monetising them
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue
- Exceed expectations while aiding the entire organisation to do the same
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing
- Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organisation and customer over personal gain.
- Exceptional capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and technical audience.
- Strong ability to demonstrate value propositions in complex environments to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences
- Exceptional ability to talk at a detailed level about Document Cloud
- Strong written and verbal communication, as wells as time management skills.
- Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and required qualification criteria.
- Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of prospecting/sales cycle (ability to prioritise)
- Great teammate
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Proficient in English is a plus
