Job description(工作內容)

1. Responsible for HR all functions, including compensation and benefit, payroll, performance management, talent management, recruiting…etc) and provide appropriate solutions .

2. To assist the company to build the culture of strong accountability, positive partnership and result oriented.

Qualifications(應徵條件)

1. At least 8+ years work experience in HR generalist or business partner role with more than 4 years at senior management level.

2. Solid functional knowledge of human resources and familiar with national labor laws and regulations to solve labor or communication issues.

3. Have experience in managed large-scale companies and ability to link HR Strategy to Business Goals.

4. Well communication skill and English ability of verbal and written.
