Summary:

You’ll be a critical member to the business as a strategic Human Resource Business Partner to provide partnership and consultation to leadership, translate strategic business objectives into an effective people strategy and drive quality of HR best practices across the organization. You’ll lead on talent initiatives such as people and leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, and partner with the HR teams on programs like annual compensation review. The ideal person for this role will be able to provide strategic HR and ER support, thought partnership, and coaching to the managers you partner with.

Responsibility:

- In partnership with HR leaders and/or business leaders, leads the holistic organizational planning based on business needs. Ensures the alignment of organizational design with business goals and leverages existing plans and tools.

- Identifies and predicts current and future talent needs. Partners with HR function team to design recruitment strategy for general positions, and responsible for key position’s recruitment.

- Partner with business leaders to execute key organizational initiatives, including reorganizations within the business, designing talent development plans, and critical hires across the globe.

- Drives the identification of potential successors using deep business or industry insights and data, and ensures opportunities are provided (e.g., developmental plans, growth experiences) to ready successors.

- Leverage the resources and maximize the effect of the corporate L&D plan. Accountable for establishing a roadmap of talent development for responsible BU and ensuring the programs are down to earth.

- Provide oversight and direction in the handling of complex employee relations matters.

- The candidate might be in charge of the HR function according to their experience and interest matching.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of extensive HR experience in HRBP, talent acquisition, employee relationship or compensation and benefits domain within a complex and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures and management styles.

2. Leadership experience and managing global stakeholders across diverse teams are strong plus.

3. Track record of managing complex strategically important projects involving stakeholders across business functions.

4. Developing and activating strategic people plans through business transformation processes in fast-changing, global and complex organizations.

5. Highly flexible, agile, collaborative, and effective at leading and delivering on business imperatives in a high-change and fast-paced environment.

6. Planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects/programs by partnering, advising and influencing the business area on people & HR needs.

7. Analytical and data-driven, with ability to integrate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact people business strategies.

8. Excellent communicator, with experience in consulting, engaging and influencing senior business leaders.
