• Lead HSE department to maintain and implement management system of Security, Safety,Health/Hygiene, and Enviroment to ensure compliance with Covestro rules and local laws & regulations.
• Plan and develop the training policies and provide professional HSE training for both of employees and contractors.
• Responsible for the management of IIMS system and Safeguard program.
• Responsible for planning and implementing the program of occupation health and management of hazardous chemical.
• Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of all dangerous works compliance with the requirements of LifeSaver.
• Organize and implement safety activities and project to improve safety awareness.
• Fully investigate and report all accidents of HSE relevant to ensure the root cause is identified and preventative actions are implemented.
• Manage site security programs, including evaluating, planning, and implementing intellectual and physical properties protection, fence and security system integrity, personnel and goods in-out control to prevent from property loss and to protect people and assets in accordance to Site Management Directive and guidance.
• Global Management Review directive coordinator.
• Responsible for quality assurance system, including the implementation of ISO 9,001 and the relevant internal and external audits.
• As the representative of site HSE to attend local, regional, and global HSE meetings and communities.
• Define and implement the key performance indicators, ensure periodical reporting of actual performance against these indicators, identify deviation, and execute and lead corrective actions to minimize deviations and achieve the targets.
• Manage HSE relevant CAPEX projects and the budget of HSE relevant operating cost.

• Bachelor degree or above with related HSE knowledge background.
• At least 10 years related working experience in factory and own HSE relevant licences.
• Able to working under pressure and good leadership ability.
• Good conflict management and communication skill with stakeholders.
• Fluent English on listen/speak/ read/ write.
• Familiar with ISO system and audit.
