  • HR team management experience at least 5 years.
  • HR full function experience at least 10 years.
  • To lead HR team to execute HR policy and communicate among the management, employees and group HR.
  • To develop HR team into HR business partner and to support each departments’ need, such as talent development, recruit and staffing, C&B and HR service.
  • Well experience in labor law and mediation of labor disputes.
  • Good English communication skill, reading and writing are must.
  • A successful candidate should have mindset of Integrity, team work and creative.
