Summary

Arrow is look for a HR manager, Employee Capability with responsibility to drive organizational effectiveness and development strategies with focus to build an people orientated and high performing culture. What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for designing and deploying talent development programs related to performance management, succession, learning programs, intern programs and management/leadership development, EVP/employee experience, and inclusion/diversity either globally or within a region.
• Acts as subject matter expert and leads all efforts related to program design and diversity Designs training tools and provides education to HR business partners to support the deployment of the talent programs and processes
• Provides analytics that summarize talent trends to support reporting on program outcomes for leadership and enable storytelling of program success
• Leads the internal communication efforts around marketing the program and creates/maintains program collateral
• Evaluates and supports program best practices to ensure there is global knowledge sharing and consistency
• Determines how to leverage technology for process, administration/facilitation, and communication
• Serves as a resource and consultant to other COE teams, the HR business partner community, and business managers
• Tracks program success through metric driven information and makes recommendations for enhancements to the design based on these metrics.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• 5 or more years’ experience working within the L&D and Talent Management Function
• Strong L&D background and experience in Asia Pacific regional capacity will be an advantage
• Strong work ethics, ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experienced in design and delivery or training program and organization development initiative
• Required to attend global calls which may be organized in in US/EMEA time zone
• A team player with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Meticulous, well-organized, and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work
• Fluency in English & Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products, services, and processes.
