Purpose of this Position

• To participate in designing/implementing Corp HR and or Learning/organization development projects via collaboration across different stakeholders
• Act as a member of talent development program team and initiate and facilitate appropriate interventions to address and respond to organization/talent challenges
• Accountable supporter to departmental L&OD designated scope
• Act as a contributing member to L&D compliance management

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Play the role of a partner or change agent by contributing to talent development and HR project accountability
• Engage with different levels of employee and cross department stakeholder for impactful L&OD interventions to support business goals as internal consultant
• Through talent development/organization development domain knowledge, support the sharping of Moxa’s learning organization sustainability
• Act as a contributing member to L&D compliance management
• Responsible for RBU learning program engagement
• Support L&OD regular BAU activity on demand

Minimum Job Requirements

• 6-10 years HR related work with independent training delivery experience
• Business consulting, organizational diagnosis, project/change management experience are preferred
• Full functional HR experience as HRD or HRBP is preferred

• Willing/able to work with ambiguity and is self-motivated
• Consulting experience is preferred
• Open mind with good maturity
• Ability to facilitate workshop in collaboration with HRBP
• Ability to design and implement development program independently
