OverviewAs an HR Business Partner at Gogolook, you will be the main point of contact for HR matters related to a specific business unit. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support the business goals and objectives of the assigned business unit
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and managers to identify workforce needs and create staffing plans that align with business goals
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure that the business unit has the necessary talent to achieve its objectives
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on at least one of the following HR functions: business partnering, employee relations, talent management, training, and culture development
  • Knowledgeable of all labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a multinational company or a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Priority will be given to applicants with experience in SaaS or fields relating to digital identity verification
