HP Hybrid Systems HP Branded Peripherals is seeking for an experienced, System manager to own and drive cost saving initiatives. The role includes identifying, prioritizing and achieving cost reduction opportunities. This person will engage with stakeholder across different cross-functional team. This role is based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Cost saving initiatives for HP Branded Peripherals focused on material costs to meet FY24 target. This role will act as overall program manager to consolidate Cost program status including schedule planning, drive cost activities, monitor program status and highlight key risks.
• Cost saving initiatives including collecting funnel ideas, perform preliminary assessment within Cost working team, and hand off to System team for detail investigation assessment and project approval and execution. Key stakeholders include R&D, Product Manager, PBM, System Manager and Cost Manager.
• Manage HP Branded Peripherals Experience Dashboard including monthly dashboard publish and process improvement.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.
  
  

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• 10+ years total experience in System Management, Engineering, Product Management, Strategy & Planning, or related functional area.
• Advanced university degree required or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills.
