We are building new business and#GreatMindsDon’tThinkAlike.About The RoleAs the Head of Operations for Uber Eats New Verticals Taiwan, you will be a strategic thought partner to the New Verticals GM in strategy development and also own the day to day management of our Consumer and Merchant Operations teams.This role is for you if you are strategic, analytical, strong in project and stakeholder management, and are interested in building a new business in a consumer-facing industry.Your Impact in Role- Lead full-funnel consumer growth, retention, engagement strategy formation
- Lead mid-long term merchant development strategy formation as part of the leadership team
- Build growth operational plan including budget allocation, timeline, and prioritization
- Oversee the execution of consumer growth levers and be accountable for meeting growth targets, as well as the execution of merchant operational initiatives
- Experienced in data-driven roles, especially strategy / management consulting or operational / growth roles in internet businesses
- Experience working in or with consumer-facing industries such as FMCG or retail can be a bonus, but not a requirement
- Experience working in the following domains can be a bonus, but not a requirement: customer lifecycle/ segmentation modeling, growth hacking, online marketplace growth / management
- An excellent manager who supports, motivates and brings all rounded positive energy to the team.
