Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software developer in Python or another scripting language (e.g., Perl).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with Physical design, signoff, or CAD.
• Experience with setting advanced technology nodes flows.
• Experience and understanding in some of the Physical Design flows and methodologies.
• Experience in the extraction of design parameters, QoR metrics, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards/reports.
• Experience in ASIC vendor management and IP integration (e.g., memories, FLASH, IO’s, and Analog IP).

Responsibilities

• Work with the Mountain View and Bangalore teams to develop new flows, tools, and features.
• Support (e.g., improve through profiling) execution of the tools and flows currently used in the design process.
• Develop design methodologies, automation scripts, and write documentation.
• Perform technical evaluations of vendors, process nodes, and IP, and provide recommendations.
• Develop CICD regression system to ensure flow delivery quality.
