We are looking for the Global Talent Acquisition Partner fervently believed that great talent is the foundation for any company’s growth and success.

In this role, you will engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources and conduct talent market analysis based on the corporate-level globalization plan and offer forward-looking references to hiring managers and recruitment teams.

You will also participate in recruitment system construction and support the operational work of specific country/region and content operation of TSMC global employer brand.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

l Create and maintain relationships with high performing, active and passive talent through various media and non-media tools and resources.

l Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow to meet overall talent acquisition goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches.

l Conduct extensive sourcing of passive candidates through research, relationship building, complex internet and job board searches, and talent pool database searching. This would also include developing a robust employee referral system.

l Promote TSMC employer brand online and offline to generate interest in the company’s vacancies and building a talent pool.

l Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing and market needs. Develop industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.

l Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate and other analysis as needed.

Requirements:

l Minimum of 3-year sourcing experience, preferably in a recruiting agency environment.

l Experience in supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency.

l Hands-on experience engaging with passive, diverse candidates through various sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).

l Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve, developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates.
