Marketing directors are responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and perception. Need to prepare annual marketing plans, create a calendar of campaigns and events, set the marketing budget and analyze the market and competitors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services

2. Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy

3. Strong knowledge & experiences in B2B and B2C sectors; hardware and software products

4. Develop a brand strategy

5. Set and administer an annual marketing budget

6. Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions

7. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing teams

8. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

9. Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence

10. Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data

11. Identify new business opportunities

12. Conduct market research studies

13. Need to work independently and under time pressure

Requirements :

1. 8 to 10 years of work experience in marketing management for multinational brands

2. Agency experience is preferred (digital agency/ advertising agency/ digital media agency)

3. Good understanding of VR industry

4. Enthusiastic, assertive, detail oriented, goal driven and decisive

5. Fluent in English
