Job Description

  • Conduct a thorough review of the payment request form and accompanying documentation to ensure compliance with the group’s policies.
  • Thoroughly review and process employee expense reports in accordance with the group’s policies.
  • Handle accounts payable invoices and manage the monthly cycle associated with it.
  • Manage bank-related matters, such as issuing checks for vendor payments, executing wire transfers, and depositing checks received from customers into the bank.
  • Handle inter-company affairs related to the IHB (In-House Banking) system, including processing payments for inter-company accounts payable, receiving inter-company accounts receivable.Generate and distribute graphical user interface (GUI) to customers and handle any returned invoices.
  • Manage the accounts receivable billing process and associated monthly cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with professional withholding tax regulations and oversee the bi-monthly filing of VAT tax.
  • Effectively manage fixed assets and associated processes.
  • Prepare adjusted journal entries for month-end and year-end closings.
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary government reports, such as annual tax returns and annual financial statements, in compliance with the requirements of local tax authorities.
  • Support the completion of finance and accounting-related processes for internal control purposes.
  • Provide assistance during both internal and external audit procedures.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing.
  • Demonstrate experience in working across different cultures.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Display stability, maturity, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Chinese.
