Job content

• GL Accountant for Heavylift and Transport business
• Working at HsinChu Taiwan
  

• Work closely with project managers to ensure the project revenue is booked per contract
• Create system billing & prepare GUI
• Provides financial guidance and solutions to project mangers to keep workflow running smoothly
• Ensures that all cost and revenue for projects are booked in promptly basis
• Perform month end closing; follow defined closing steps;
• Account Receivable Management; Prepare AR aging report and follow up AR
• Fixed assets Management
• General Leger accounts Management; including payroll & accrual booking
• System Vendor master check-up and creation
• To provide analytical information and support for management decision making
• Assists with internal and external audits
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned
  

• Able to command English fluently
• Basic knowledge of 401/403 filing, various WHT filing, & stamp tax
• Work experience in Multinational Enterprise is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
