General Manager, WFJ

Job content

• Oversee the operation of the overall Taiwan WFJ division, provide resources and guidance to operate and deliver effectively
• Work in closed collaboration with each TW ELC members (Communication, Fashion, Finance…) for the shared matters
• Challenge and follow region’s recommendation and guideline
• Build WFJ community in Taiwan as a knowledge hub, consistently share insights with Region & Global about TW luxury industry trend, competition landscape and movements, high-end customers insights, and business development opportunities
• Oversee Taiwan WFJ Marketing plans and actions, consolidate needs and gaps that are needed to move forward and present to regional. Provide feedback to marketing team.
• Drive effective usage of customer knowledge and insights on WFJ customers and market trends
• Ensure retail design and VM are effectively adapted and deployed at the highest quality, in line with image standards and marketing plans
• Monitor overall functional performance, identify improvement actions and oversee implementation
