About This Role

We’re looking for a General Manager to join and lead our Commercial team in Taiwan, to start, build and scale our operations in a fast-growing market.

• Identify near-term growth drivers, build a sales engine, and scale revenue
• Build and lead a high-performance organisation by hiring, training, and scaling teams, as well as growing a strong management team to support you in your goals
• Exhibit strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership

Who We Are Looking For

• An ambitious, mission-driven business leader or entrepreneur with experience in building and scaling early-stage businesses in Taiwan
• A strong passion for the talent industry and/or the potential of using technology to impact businesses and individuals in a positive way
• Leadership skills and experience, particularly in scaling and managing teams for peak performance
• Deep capacity for strategic thinking/visioning
• Ability to set high standards and goals, with a strong track record of excellence
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an international environment
• Experience working in Taiwan for more than 4 years
