  • This role will be expected to build on the established success of Taiwan and develop a robust, future-ready strategy, taking into account the channel evolution and customer demand shifts in the market.
  • This role will be directly responsible to manage the commercial team and provide indirect leadership to operation team including finance, logistics, warehouse, human resources, regulatory and legal.
  • This person is also expected to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating with regional/global leaders to champion the needs of Taiwan with enterprise mindset and drive collective success.
  • Deliver sales revenue, expense and gross margins targets through execution of the approved marketing and business plan.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage leaders and the organization for higher performance
  • Proven successful experience in managing to a P&L
  • Proven commercial strategist with proven strong executional skills / strong strategic thinker
  • A dynamic leader that loves people at all levels
Experience
  • Industry experience - Life Sciences / Medical Device preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in matrix organization
  • M.A. or strategic alliance experience
