Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the general ledger accounting tasks for the assigned scope of work (either or both of business units/branch locations) to ensure all general ledger bookings are in place on time and correctly.
Your Responsibilities
  • To review all Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss accounts on a monthly basis.
  • To review sundry accounts to reduce the variance of actual vs accrual at minimum level on a monthly basis.
  • To renew the business license for assigned branches and/or business units.
  • To do month end and year end closing tasks and finance system setup for assigned company and/or business units.
  • To complete tax declarations and other tax related tasks on a monthly basis.
  • To prepare Trial Balance and Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Your Skills And Experiences

To be considered, you should possess minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with the experience both of account receivable and payable. Besides high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, you are also fluent in Mandarin and comfortable in English. Attention to detail is a key indicator of success to this position.
