Works efficiently in receiving and schedule shipping, including willing to learn, understand Company Policy for freight operation and work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. The function includes tracking and doing custom declaration for overseas incoming and outgoing shipment, notifying receivers on goods arrival, prepare shipment to customer.

Able to judge shipment mode and analyzes freight costs, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory include picking parts for Repair.
• Arrange shipment to customer according to the shipment list given by Supervisor.
• Provide shipment mode to overseas supplier and follow up delivery status.
• Execute custom declaration.
• May use computer system to track and locate production units.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat, sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• Go to post office for mailing
• Maintains good customer relationship and answers any customer questions on shipments.
• Send Customer Survey every beginning of the month
• Assist Supervisor for KPI data collection and summary
• Others general admin matters

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
• Must able to work with sense of urgency
• Must be customer oriented and good follow-up skills
