Roles and Responsibilities

作為博世服務站開發專員，您將負責銷售和發展Bosch汽車服務概念，透過不同的拜訪管道，尋找高品質的汽車維修廠招募加入聯盟，以持續開發和擴展國內市場。

服務區域為台中以南。

主要職責：客戶服務及輔導

-現有客戶服務及管理，包括服務導入和輔導管理等。

-負責傳達和說明公司各項業務重大訊息、活動和產品。

-參與定期週/月會議，協助專案規劃和推進執行。

一般職責：開發和招募

-分析獨立售後(IAM)汽車市場及維修站體系趨勢，並落實獨立招募策略。

-積極銷售博世汽車服務站概念，協助維修站成為BCS加盟站。

-與現有零件經銷商合作，增加Bosch汽車零配件在體系內維修廠的使用。

As a Bosch Service Station Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling and developing the Bosch automotive service concept. Through various visitation channels, you will seek to recruit high-quality vehicle workshop to join the alliance, with a focus on continuous development and expansion of the domestic market. The service area includes regions south of Taichung.

Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service and Consultation

-Responsible for BCS management, including evaluation audits, service implementation, and guidance.

-Convey and explain significant business messages, events, and products to customers.

-Participate in regular weekly/monthly meetings to assist in project planning and execution.

General Responsibilities: Development and Recruitment:

-Analyze the independent aftermarket (IAM) automotive market and workshop trends to implement effective recruitment strategies.

-Actively sell the Bosch car service workshop concept and assist workshop in becoming BCS.

-Collaborate with existing parts dealers to increase the utilization of Bosch automotive spare parts within the system.

Qualifications

-Solid technical, sales or marketing education background

-Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive aftermarket business

-Experience in workshop/sales management preferably within automotive industry

-Technical understanding related to the automotive industry knowledge of service network management and end consumer

-Ability to work independently with high initiative while also comfortable working with team to drive results

-Outstanding relationship management, negotiation and collaboration/influencing skills

-Communication skills

-Ability to make decisions

-Interpersonal skills

-Creativity/Innovativeness

-Job motivation

- 具3年以上汽車相關產業經驗, 了解獨立售後汽車維修廠運作及需求

- 瞭解汽車相關產品, 系統, 及維修概念. 有維修廠銷售及管理經驗尤佳

- 具扎實技術背景, 銷售及客戶管理. 加盟體系管理經驗尤佳

- 能積極獨立作業, 也可融入團隊合作, 以達到整體目標

- 可基本讀寫英文能力
