Direct Responsibilities

Client Focus – Ensure Quality Service Delivery and Effective Operating Platform
  • Good feedback from Counter-parties, i.e. front office, L&C, BM etc.
  • Ensure all the activities from CM Team will meet agreed TAT with good quality delivery.
  • Effectiveness and timely escalate issues to Line Manager to minimize business impact
People and Team – Improve performance capabilities
  • Job rotation to enhance practical experiences and minimize the knowledge gap
Operational efficiency
  • Identify at least one process improvement area to enhance and contribute process efficiency.
Risk Control and Regulatory Management
  • Ensure satisfactory KSP result
  • Achieve satisfactory audit rating internally and externally
  • Ensure no overdue audit remediation and no repeated audit issues
  • Ensure no Regulatory Reporting Issue
Business Skills
  • Know your client (KYC)
Transversal skills
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
  • Ability to develop and adapt the process
Behavioral Skills
  • Ability to collaborate and team work
