Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Learning and Learning Experience

• Orchestrate with Learning Community, to formulate the digital learning strategy and execute the plan, in accordance with global & regional direction, local needs, business priorities with blended learning approach
• Support digital learning on content management (content translation / design / curation…) & local adaptation, schedule planning, coordinating retail implementation and feedback consolidation
• Facilitate, monitor and track the utilization of digital learning platform and tools for optimum benefits and continuous improvement
• Elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of blended learning and learners’ experience which ultimately supports retail team on deploying The CHANEL DIFFERENCE onto the client journey
  

On Boarding Program and Retail Learning & Engagement Support

• Support On-boarding program on training preparation to ensure quality training execution and enhance onboarding experience
• Work closely with WFJ RLDP to monitor learning progress and deployment at boutiques.
• Cross team cooperation and communication to ensure implementation & execution
  

Person SpecificationsAcademic / Professional Qualifications

• University graduates or above
  

Work Experience

• 3 years of work experience
• Retail industry experience will be a plus
