Role and Responsibilities:

• Write, modify, and debug web applications using JavaScript and other modern programming technologies.
• Design, code, and manage automated test scripts, continuous builds, and deployment.
• Create modern and responsive layouts from designs and messaging provided by the creative team.
• Develop new features, enhance existing features, and implement bug fixes in existing code.
• Self-document development processes, conduct peer reviews, and give actionable feedback.
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate across time zones and places via Microsoft Teams, Bitbucket comments, documents, and frequent video conferences.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Sass/SCSS.
• Experienced in frameworks such as React, Svelte, etc.
• Experienced in testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library.
• Proven working experience and noticeable outcome in web programming.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Experienced in Electron framework will be a plus.
• Experienced in Backend Development (Node.js/Java/PHP) will be a plus.
