About The Role

Warehouse operation manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a logistics operation to ensure consistent high level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitable, cost efficient operations. We expect this person is a model and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

What You Will Be Doing

• Daily operation management: To determine the resource and manpower based on productivity target and volume forecast
• Analyst and reporting: To monitor operation performance and to report to senior management periodically
• Time and priority management: To Identify operation priority and to troubleshoot day to day operation issues
• Process optimization: To review regularly the SOP and to provide practical continuous Improvement plan
• Customer engagement: To coordinate with customer for urgent issues and to lead customers’ periodical operation review meeting
• Logistics and warehouse management: Including but not limit to stock management & control, cost review and KPI/target setting, also supervise our vendors’ performance
• Team management: To recruit and staff training to maintain warehouse operation, coach and experience sharing to subordinates and performance review and career discussion with team.

Requirements

The successful candidate

• At least 5 years warehousing operation related experience
• 3 years or above experience in supervision level
• Good in English reading & writing
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Import/Export process knowledge
• Good at Warehouse operation management
• WMS knowledge
