Supermicro is currently looking for a ODM Program Management leader who can help manage our PCBA ODM business from technical, operational and cost perspective.

Responsibilities:

•Manages overall ODM/CM programs and operations

•Act as the business owner and leader to drive a large cross-company and cross-functional team to achieve ODM solution development schedule and business objectives

•Be responsible for the successful execution of ODM/CM program from NPI phase to volume production

•In conjunction with internal ODM team, provides timely solutions to issues and escalations

•Review, compose and recommend winning proposals for new ODM project RFQ/RFP/RFI

•Ability to multi-task and prioritize, solve problems in a time-sensitive manner but with holistic view and objectives in mind

•Strong technical background and experience working in a server and storage ODM or OEM environment

•Supreme leadership and communications skills.

•Some travel required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline; Master’s degree is a plus

10 years of working experience in server/storage OEM/ODM environment with at least 5 years of experience leading a team

Solid understanding in PCBA work flow with in-depth working knowledge throughout the assembly process

Excellent analytics and problem solving skills, ability to lead the team to resolve complex issues with high level of ambiguity

Solid interpersonal skills in verbal, written, and presentation with outstanding organization skills to lead cross-functional teams to business success
