• Analyse boutique performance KPI
• Coordinate CRM & Customer Care to increase the performance of the network
  
  

• CRM analysis & client data base control
• The Star Program & performance analysis
• Retail KPI analysis and boutique performance reports (KPI dashboard, traffic report, sales analysis, market share..etc.)
• Expenses control (CRM, S & D, PLV, boutique related expenses..etc.)
• Boutique project follow-up & maintenance coordination
• Sales team monthly commission calculation support and O/T reports
• Budget plan on retail KPI and CRM analysis
• Boutique support on daily operations
