Job Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating with sales and customers to launch new programs or items in the Value Added product line in Bemis global manufacturing units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage product development for Asia based products for quick turn business projects. Coordinate with Brand & Factory Sales, CS/ Sales Support, Supply Chain, Purchasing, internal manufacturing and out-sourced suppliers for development process.
• Top priority business projects: Cut Piece, Value Add Products.
• Coordinate complete information for new programs/ items to process owners. From handling customers’ development request, understand program requirement and program launch timeline, timely delivery of quote and sample, all the way to item deployment.
• Commercialization: Support Product Manager to manage quick turn commercialization and product marketing for Asia based product development.
• Support Product Manager to create internal and external material which clearly articulate the product line’s unique selling proposition, technical details and product rules.
• Support Product Manager in trainings with sales, customer service and application staff on the value proposition of new products.
• Support Product Manager on projects with Bemis headquarter and other regional locations.

Requirements:

• Holder of BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of product & marketing experience from Apparel market.
• Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to voice of customers.
• Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with different internal function teams, as well as out-sourced suppliers/ partners.
• Be creative, “Think out of the Box” to drive best in class service and products, supporting Bemis vision, growth objectives and goals.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Apparel industry.
