• Support trade marketing on trade events, contracts, and projects and ensure smoothly execution at operation level to enlarge TMKT team efficiency.
  

• Assist KA channel activation and visibility planning and execution.
• Assist TMKT whole channel project execution including liaising with vendor and sales team on operation, allocating and deliver POSM/giveaway and project closing documentation, consolidation and submitting.
• Collect, track, and maintain data base of activity tracking, include but not limited to TEG activities.
• Vendor book-building and file maintenance.
• In charge of payment management.
• To assist and follow up procurement process.
• To execute or follow up ad hoc assigned tasks.
  

• Detail oriented, proactive, accountable, work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Logically thinking
• Able to work under pressure, complete delivery tasks on time, and adapt to the constantly changing environment
• Good at Microsoft office tool e.g. excel, power point
• Medium English skills required
