Responsibilities

• Lead a group of testing resources or testing tasks to achieve the goal of product excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Program Manager/Program Manager, and Engineering teams to design the test strategies/plans, lead the test execution, analyze the test results, and deliver the comprehensive test reports.
• Make technical contributions by developing scalable and reliable automated tests or tools to enlarge test coverage, accelerate test progress, and increase test efficiency.
• Support the engineering work on issue clarification, performance improvement, and problem solving.
• Develop test metrics and dashboards on the top of test infra to support the engineers and the product teams to deliver the best quality in the most preferred test methodology.
