Summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Manager, Technology Enablement to join the team located in Taiwan. This role will evangelize the end-to-end manufacturing capabilities to our key technology partners, manage the joint projects and own all aspects of manufacturing quality products in our production facilities in Asia. This role will work both outbound with key technology partners and inbound work closely with production, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure overall technical design and production quality meet customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must have positive and can-do attitude. Left people around you up, not put them down.

• Lead a cross-functional team to exceed customer’s requirements for production quality and build plan/schedule

• Ability to convert customer’s requirements into actionable and measurable activities to drive improvements on manufacturing processes and quality standards

• Strong technical background and experience working in a server and storage ODM or OEM environment

• Experience with servers, storage and networking products for data center infrastructure

• Manufacturing / production background a strong plus

• Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams

• Some travel required.

Qualifications

• - Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering and electrical engineering preferred.
• - 3 years in an IT or semiconductor industry with experience in at least one of the following roles: program/project management, FAE, or production/manufacturing is a plus.
• - Background and experience with PCBA production is a plus. - Good command of English and communication skills.
