  • 緊密配合銷售前端,支持解決方案整體設計思路的形成,根據客戶需求,與應用工程、客戶服務、技術研發等團隊緊密協作進行測試及解決方案的優化反覆運算,實現對客戶需求的快速回應,支援訂單的順利達成。

Work closely with sales front team to support the overall design of the total solutions; coordinate closely with internal Application Engineering, Customer Services, Technical and R&D teams to test and iterate solutions for customers’ business requirements; quick response to customers’ demands and support the execution of sales orders.
  • 負責配合銷售進行機器人技術交流、應用需求挖掘、面向客戶的技術答疑及價值優勢引導;支持專案的招投標工作,爭取專案簽約。

Support the sales team by participating in technical exchanges, digging application requirements, answering technical questions from the customers and guiding them our value advantages; support project bidding process and winning customers.
  • 不斷積累自我調整機器系統的應用方案經驗能力,結合用戶端的應用挖掘和工藝瞭解,以客戶價值為導向,不斷優化自身的技術支援能力,為團隊及合作夥伴提供完善的技術支持。

Develop cumulative knowledge and experience of adaptive robot’s application; combine the application mining and process understanding from the user point to optimize technical support skills based on customer value oriented principle; provide comprehensive technical support for internal teams and cooperation partners.
  • 從使用端角度嘗試並學習新產品及應用方案,進行相關產品及方案的對比分析,挖掘產品應用優勢,梳理產品及應用方案的優化建議,並回饋至相關協作團隊。

Try and study new products and applications from usage behavior point of view and conduct comparative analysis, dig out advantages, summarize suggestions for optimization of respective products and applications, and back to internal collaborative teams.
  • 支援展會現場及客戶體驗中心,促進方案銷售。

Support exhibition booths setup and customers’ experience center with our solution to drive our solution biz.
  • 從用戶端搜集專案情況並形成案例分析,每月對項目成敗的原因進行內部分析。

Get success project photos and layout details from customers and become case study / Design win by monthly and get back the reason for project lost / won for internal analysis.

Requirements
  • 理工類(機器人、電氣自動化、機械電子專業優先),本科以上學歷

Bachelor’s degree or above in a technology discipline (major in Robotics, Electrical Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering preferred)
  • 3-5年以上機器人或智慧硬體方案設計經驗,有力控和協作機器人等行業經驗優先。

Minimum 3-5 years related experience in robotics or hardware solution design or proposal, experience in force control or collaborative robots is preferred.
  • 熟悉機器人工藝方案、力控、視覺、周邊應用、機械設計及相關系統集成,瞭解風險評估。

Sound knowledge of robot solutions, force control, machine vision, peripheral application, mechanical design, and related system integration, understanding of risk assessment.
  • 熟悉主流機器人的程式設計和應用,可以獨立完成機器人安裝、配置及調試等工作。

Sound knowledge of robot programming and application, hands-on experience in installation, configuration and commissioning of robots.
  • 熟練使用OFFICE、AUTOCAD或Solidworks等軟體,具備方案模擬能力優先。

Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AUTOCAD or Solidworks, solution simulation skill is preferred.
  • 熟悉行業製造工藝優先。

Knowledge of manufacturing process is preferred.
  • 熟悉機器人與PLC、工控機、視覺等模組通訊,熟悉各種串口通信協定和乙太網通信協定、會PLC或上位機程式設計者優先。

Knowledge of communication between robot and modules such as PLC and Industrial PC, common communication protocols and PLC programming is a plus
  • 能夠適應短期頻繁出差。

Ability and willingness to travel short-term and frequently.
  • 瞭解機器人市場趨勢以及客戶需求,具備較強的溝通表達能力及客戶交流經驗

Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in robotics.
  • 具有結構化思維,快速學習能力,開放的心態,優秀的溝通及跨團隊協作能力。

  • 英語能力佳 有協助海外完成方案設計經驗。

Good communication in English and experienced co-operation with overseas team to finish scheme design and implement.
