Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience with software integration and software tool development.
• Experience in lab testing or quality testing operations.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in people management, developing a software/IT technical team.
• Experience in cellular network operator (Carrier) testing and mobile phone wireless standards (e.g. 3GPP).
• Experience developing and driving detailed technical project plans to closure.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage conformance lab software tools and applications which include test-case and report management systems, integrations, automation solutions, analytics pipelines, and maintenance.
• Drive and organize lab software tools technical roadmap against business priorities.
• Manage development resource allocation and budget.
• Manage a team of Technical Program Managers, developing and maintaining these solutions and systems.
• Collaborate with internal lab execution teams to deploy test equipment, tools, and processes.
