The Role

Ampere needs experienced business develop manager to develop, manage, drive, and execute with various opportunities at ODM globally. In this role, you will interface internally with Ampere senior leaders, sales teams, PM teams, and engineering teams. And be the coordinator between Ampere sales team and ODM partners to facilitate all business opportunities.

What The ODM Management Team Wants You To Know

ODM Management is the team to deliver the product from NPI to mass production. A critical function team to make sure the design/manufacture tasks at ODM is completed and deliver the platforms to customers. ODM plays important roles in supplier chains especially in server industry which presents many business cooperation and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

You will develop the opportunities and business cases within various ODM for Ampere CPU related designs/platforms, server design focus but not limited to. Need to maintain the close relationship with ODM partners from top exec to working level.

Work with Ampere Sales, PAE, AE, and engineering teams worldwide. Need to travel to different regions whenever needed.

Technical Marketing Manager required to have sales and people skills, good communication, and knowledge of CPU/server as well as market trend across different industry.

Your key deliverables will be to help not just Ampere but also customers successfully launch the platforms/products based on Ampere’s technology.

You will need to have good experience of support ODM partners from the initial spec-in till final product delivery. Lead and support Ampere sales team to win various CSP and next wave opportunities across regions.

• Ability to dive deeply to understand issues and suggest feasible solutions to summarize key points to management

• This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Not afraid to make decisions and able to handle tedious details
• Good command of presentation preparation tools of Power points, Excel, SharePoint, and others.
  

Education &Experience

• 7+ years’ experience with a degree in Business management, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
