Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts on new products, process development, and raw material evaluation and qualification.
• Drive Continuous improvement on commercialized product quality, performance, production yield and manufacture process safety
• Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
• Works closely with product development and manufacturing teams to define improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality)
• Provide technical support to solve customers’ quality complaint and issues.
  

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science related background.
• 5+ years FPCB or engineering field experience.
• Strong in problem solving skills to handle technical and quality issues.
• Good English communication capability.
• Experienced in coating, filtration, web handling, slitting manufacturing process will be plus.
