Team Leader Service Support in Tainan, Taiwan (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for leading and developing the service support team.
• You are responsible that PM Cycles, Tool Installations, Software Upgrades and other Service Tasks are on time and according to quality requirements.
• You are responsible for the manpower and task planning of the service support team.
• You support your team with technical problem solving.
• You support the on-site team with training, knowledge and manpower.
• You are responsible for the knowledge transfer between HQ and your team.
• You ensure that the team follows the IMS Jira standards and other internal workflows.
• You act as an interface between the team, external partners and the customers.

Qualifications:

• You have completed a technical education (e.g. physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) and have at least 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
• You have gained first leadership experience and have strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• You have a solid understanding in semiconductor manufacturing, e.g. e-beam lithography, optics, vacuum physics or high voltage applications.
• You have experience in Cross Cultural working environment and have very good English skills. Japanese and German is an advantage.
• You are convincing with your professional and confident approach towards our customers.
• You are experienced in preparing, organizing and holding meetings in English on technically complex topics.
• You like to face challenges and make full use of your analytical skills, your technical knowledge and your interpersonal skills.
• You are resilient, can deal with stress and quick decisions and are willing to work flexibly.
• You are committing to support and mentor the team in challenging situations and contribute to our company.
