Brief Position Description:
This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in-house recruitment in a corporate environment.
- High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Communication skills - both written and verbal.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
- Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Proactively participate in improving processes to drive more efficient recruitment and improved candidate experience.
