【Job description】

• Responsible for all the recruitment activities, including Responsible for sourcing channels development (e.g. professional networks, LinkedIn, job boards, social media/platforms and etc.)
• Manage recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering process and be representative of team in system integration project.
• work closely with the business leaders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
• Research on talent market, proposed effective and innovative programs.
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals.
• Utilizes Recruiting system throughout the talent acquisition process (SAP)
• Enhance employer branding through participation in careers fairs and marketing activities on social networks.
• Work on global project.

【Required】

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 5 years recruitment experience and above , preferably in High-Tech, manufacturing or labour intensive industry
• Good command in written, spoken in English
