At VanMoof, we like to do things a little differently. We’re rewriting the rulebook when it comes to e-bikes, and with that comes both eureka moments and a fair share of challenges. We’re looking for a Sustaining Demand Planner to supercharge our support in the planning field. We’re not only looking for an expert in their field, but also a dedicated team player with a thirst for innovation to help us succeed in our mission to get the next billion bikes.

As a Sustaining Demand Planner, you’ll be based at our production headquarters in Taipei, and work closely with our Procurement team, Supply Chain PM team, Finance team, and regional Operations teams. You’ll manage the supply and demand planning of spare parts globally, and fulfill the parts demand for all our key regions.

Our ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented. Your concrete understanding of supply chain and demand planning will make it easy for you to tackle anything that comes your way. We’ll expect you to take complete ownership of our service support, so a proactive work ethic is a must.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll coordinate with our Procurement teams and Operation team in EU.
• You’ll check the purchasing availability of sustaining parts.
• You’ll make sure that parts are delivered and fulfilled to demand side.
• You’ll create and monitor KPIs (dashboard) – mostly spare parts.
• You’ll support other projects for the Planning team (e.g. new models).
  

What you’ll bring:

• You have between one and four years of supply chain and planning experience.
• You have strong communication skills can make other teams understand our targets.
• You are fluent in written and verbal English.
• You have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, you’re able to learn quickly, and you’re comfortable working solo as well as within a team.
• You currently live in Taiwan.
• Data analysis skill and report generation skill.
