How will you make an impact in this role:

• Key Injection Facility (KIF) Management – Gatekeeper to manage and perform key injection facility compliance (e.g., PCI, etc.), by ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, leading effective audits, performing secure key injection management, etc.

• Key Injection Support – Liaison with internal and external partners associated to Asia key injection process/services. Support all CA, RKMS, Guardian, Luna G5, etc. machines activity. Perform admin key database setting and maintenance of outsourced manufacturers.

• Production Line Management – Perform key injection, training, computer & software maintenance/ troubleshooting, etc., to ensure quality and secure key injection. Enable multilingual support for test program.

• Installations – Provide primary PKI & RKI support for all hardware installation. Understand and provide secondary support of PKI Web Portal.

• Support: Technical point of contact for APAC customers, distributors, and partners. Champion resolution of reported issues, with regional consideration in mind. Effectively manage time, ensuring dependent customers are responded to within SLA timescales, and factoring in time zone differences.

• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Engineering background, preferably hardware based, with appreciation of key management/ compliance, technical product support and interdependencies.

• Strong inter-personal skills to foster close internal and external cooperation.

• Ability to comprehend, write and fluently speak English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

• Ability to leverage available information, either from company resources or external websites, to find solutions or challenge other’s understanding.

• Be willing to experiment independently but be ready to ask questions and seek assistance to help their customer.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging environment.

• Knowledge of the payments industry would be an advantage.

• Process driven by understanding existing process and drive new ones to improve the key management and support processes.

• Self-driven, self-learner, pro-active and quick to adapt to new environments.

• Ability to work effectively across different cultures.
