Job Overview:

• A key job objective is to place inter-com PO and suppliers PO to ensure continuous product availability and order fulfillment on time to achieve customer satisfaction.
• VMI /Consignment materials management.
• Supply planning based on demand forecast.
• Coordinate with SAE/CS/production team to target OTD.

Main Responsibilities/Basic Functions:

•Responsible for the entire process of material and finished goods demand and inventory management: from receipt of sales forecasts, demand planning, generation of work orders, through inventory purchases to finished goods control to meet sales needs through agreed inventories

• Responsible for material (WMS) and finished goods (FG) management in NTP2, from receiving sales forecasts to purchase orders and procurement, to WMS and finished goods control to meet sales needs through agreed inventory holdings

• Plays a key role in coordinating production for optimal utilization of production capacity during daily production meetings and work prioritization processes.

• Provide logistical support for Bemis Taiwan’s liaison function with suppliers to secure material and finished goods inventory.

• Inventory management to minimize destruction or out-of-stocks.

• Ensure logistical support is in place by tracking supply reliability and resolving issues when performance is poor.

• Maintain D365 Quote & Supplier TA database with relevant units (financial and operations) to ensure accurate prices and specifications.

• Establish good working relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and continuous supply.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of working experience in supply chain is preferred

• Proficient in English and Chinese (must understand basic English to perform these tasks)

• Be willing to learn just about everything (sales, service, project management, self discipline, etc.)
